The Space:
Our studio apartment has everything you & your guests need to enjoy your stay in Birmingham! In the kitchen, you'll find beautiful appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and basic cookware to cook simple meals for a cozy night in! There's free WiFi! A washer and dryer are available in the room for your convenience.

Our studio and 1 bedroom stays come standard with 3 towels and washcloths and our 2 bedroom stays come with 4 each. There is plenty of street parking available around the perimeter of the property. Guests are not permitted to use the main parking lot, which is for permanent residents and retail customers only.

Anything in the apartment is yours to use. Make yourself at home once you arrive. We do not provide any tv cable or streaming services. However, we do offer Roku TV's with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to log into the apps with your own login and enjoy.

Guest Access:
You can access the building anytime after 4pm by using the lockbox to obtain the keys. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby-proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.

The Neighborhood:
The city of Birmingham has a lot to offer, from unique restaurants, to great attractions! You’ll be situated in the neighborhood of Lakeview District, but getting around is a breeze with the MAX Transit system. However, you’ll be walking distance from the University of Birmingham and Railroad Park Foundation. There is no shortage of outdoor attractions either, from Vulcan Park and hiking trails, to the plethora of nearby golf courses.

Getting Around:
Getting around Birmingham is made easy with the MAX Transit system, which offers bus service to points of interest like the Birmingham-Shuttlesworth International Airport (BHM) and the Birmingham Zoo. The Magic City connector bus runs from north to south, Uptown to Downtown, stopping at places like City Hall, Linn Park, and the Vulcan Park and Trail. E-Bikes and Scooters are also available and can be found at docking stations downtown, North Birmingham, Five Points, and other close-by neighborhoods.

Checkout is at 10 am. We offer a complimentary extension to 11 am as long as you request it 24 hours before your scheduled departure. Looking for more time? The latest we can accommodate is 1 pm at $25/per every hour needed.

Our stays have occupancy limitations created around local and state ordinances. It is our guest’s responsibility to abide by these ordinances; failing to do so could result in legal consequences. Before booking your reservation, please note the occupancy limit listed sometimes does not align with the number of beds offered. Please review the bed counts to determine if this stay will be sufficient for your needs.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or large gatherings. To ensure this in the most comfortable and least intrusive way possible, we use a noise sensor that simply measures the decibel level inside the stay; it does not record anything.

Interaction with Guests:
Most of our guests prefer to let themselves in with our lockbox entry system; however, we can be available upon request and are always available via phone call or text message should any questions or issues arise.
