OUTDOOR LIVING
It’s all about the outdoor living so let’s begin the description there. The home has two separate, outdoor seating areas which is uncommon in Naples Park. The front lanai is enclosed by arches and surrounded by palm trees, bougainvillea, and other colorful plantings. The private seating for four with a round table, is a great spot to have a cup of coffee, read a book, watch neighborhood activities, or share cocktails with friends.
You will also enjoy the large, covered, back outdoor area with ample seating for seven or more people. It’s a great place to watch the outdoor TV, grab a snack or refreshment, chat with friends, listen to music, oversee pool activities, or even take a nap on the couch. The ceiling fan along with the constant ocean breeze keeps the temperature down. There’s also a nice dining area with table and eight chairs for the times you decide to eat at home.
Around the corner on the pool deck are three chaise loungers and tables for maximum tanning results. But if you need some shade there’s an umbrella that can be wheeled to wherever you need it.
Let’s talk about the beautiful, tiled heated (on request) pool. It has a pebble tec finish that’s natural looking and easy on your feet and hands. There’s a Baja tanning ledge, which is a large area where you can place a chair and tan in the sun, or directly sit on to dangle your feet in the water. It’s also a nice place for children to play (with adult supervision of course). Note: In December, at times pool is unable to maintain temperature > 75 due to weather.
The jetted heated spa is connected to the pool via a curtain of water that falls from the edge of the spa into the pool. Listening to the sounds of water while watching the water flow into the pool is very relaxing and helps you feel like you are in an expensive resort. Your experience is further enhanced by the pool lighting system with colors to suit your taste and mood. And yes, both the pool and spa can be heated! Weekly pool service provided.
The last thing to point out about the back outdoor area is the privacy provided by the fence, tall palms and bougainvillea. The greenery, and the bird chirping is very enjoyable.
INTERIOR LIVING
The interior is casual-contemporary with indoor areas being well connected to the outdoors via 5 ½ foot slider opening, instantly doubling your living space. The very comfortable couch allows six adults to view the 64” main TV, but you can easily watch it from the kitchen as well. The couch is positioned to enable conversation with anyone in the kitchen, whether it’s the cook, or family or friends sitting around the good sized island.
The open, well designed kitchen with island is fully equipped with Cephalon cookware, every type of knife, coffee maker, toaster, plenty of dinnerware, and LOTS of glassware for every type of beverage. There’s a full set of spices, blender, air fryer, rice cooker, sandwich press, waffle maker, crock pot, etc. There’s also a BBQ Grill out by the pool. Enjoy your meals at the kitchen island or dine al fresco at the outdoor dining space on the patio.
There are four nicely decorated, well-sized bedrooms. The primary bedroom is large with a King bed, two side tables, lamps, ceiling fan, artwork, additional seating, full length mirror, and a large walk-in closet with shelving for 24 pairs of shoes. It is in the back of the house, making it is a very quiet bedroom. The primary has an attached bathroom with single sink, lots of storage, large walk-in shower, and toilet. There are four sets of bath towels, matching hand towels and face clothes, and a hair dryer.
There are two bedrooms with Queen beds, one room being of better than average size and the other of average size. These room have side tables, lamps, ceiling fan, full length mirror, artwork, additional seating, and closet with a 3-drawer bureau.
The fourth bedroom has two Full beds bunk-bed style. It works well for children. There is a child-sized table and four chairs along with a big basket of toys appropriate for younger ages. Also available at no cost is a configurable child fence/gate, pack-n-play, high-chair, child safety plugs, books, markers, and even more toys (let me know at time of booking if these items are needed).
The three bedrooms share the attractive Guest bathroom. There is plenty of storage with lots of hooks for hanging towels or clothing. There are eight bath towels, with matching hand towels and face cloths, and a hair dryer. There are also an extra set of sheets for each bed and extra blankets.

- The pool DOES NOT have a barrier around it. If the reservation includes children, then a child gate will be set up. Families with children ARE RESPONSIBLE for the safety of children around the pool.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
- The property has smart locks, so you can check-in by going right to the property and plugging in your code! Check-out requires closing the front door and pressing the lock on the keypad.
- Check-in time is at 3 PM. Earlier arrival can be accommodated based on availability.
- Check out time is 10:00 AM. Later departure can be accommodated based on availability.
