The open floor plan is great for gathering. The coastal living room has a large flat screen tv and sectional. There is a half bath just off of the living room. The master bedroom has a lovely king size bed and ensuite with a walk-in shower and jet tub. The secondary bedroom and bath have a beachy queen size bed and ensuite with a shower/bath combo and a walk-in closet. The second and third bedroom share a bathroom with a double vanity. The toilet room is separate, as well as the shower/bathroom. In third guest room there is a queen size bed as well as a futon. In the fourth guest room there is a full-size top bunk bed and stuffed animals and toy closet. The kitchen is spacious with bar stool seating, as well as a dining room table. The lovely sunroom has a cozy sectional, electric fireplace, and tv. Sunroom overlooks the enclosed pool and back yard! There is a laundry room with sink, washer and dryer, and steamer for your use. Back yard features a screen enclosed pool that is 5' deep in the middle and a separate hot tub that seats 5.
