Watch the thunderstorms roll in from the screened in porch. Grill in the afternoon right off the kitchen/dining with easy access to the deck. Enjoy your morning coffee on the porch or on the dock with amazing panoramic lake views and clear water. Step down into the lake right off the dock into a sandy bottom, perfect for any age to easily access. Or jump off the end of the dock into deep water for the fun loving bunch. Boat Lift is rated for 4000 lb. Tie downs available on both sides of the boathouse. Enjoy s'mores at the fire pit, or any of the many games and toys stocked in the downstairs closets. Two huge Wifi enabled Smart TV's available, sign into your Apple+, Disney+, Amazon Firestick, Netflix, Hulu, etc. Main floor provides King Master bedroom with en suite bath. Lower level has King bedroom with French Doors out to covered patio, with 2 more private Queen bedrooms and bunk bedroom with 2 sets of twin over full bunks. Garage use will be provided, use with care by adults only. Please take of our large Canoe, Stand Up Paddle Board, and kayak out on the lake and enjoy! Very close proximity to Food Lion, Lake Gaston Pizza, and the restaurants on the water and live music. Marinas close by for boat and jet ski rentals. Goat Island is also a short boat ride away, for those who bring or rent a boat.
You'll find the home fully stocked with utensils, pots, pans and about 80% of what most people need. If you need a specialty utensil or tool it might be best to bring it to avoid any hiccups to meal preparation. The management staff can assist with any special requests and is always available to help with whatever you need!
The bathrooms are stocked with courtesy soaps and shampoos designed for quick "off the shelf" use. Each bathroom has a roll of septic-friendly toilet tissue as a starter. Some use more, some use less. You are encouraged to bring whatever you feel you might need beyond the courtesy roll provided.

1. Trained service animals are welcome! Otherwise we have a strict no pets policy. We can help arrange lodging for your pets at a local shelter during your stay if you'd like; just give us a call!
2. The house, like 99% of all lake homes, uses a septic system. This system is a finely balanced biological system. Please help us keep it working flawlessly by flushing ONLY toilet paper. Renters are responsible for any damage caused by misuse.
3. Bow-Riders and deep draft Wake Board boats need to check their Humminbirds to ensure adequate depth in all coves. Pontoons should have no issues and everyone is welcome to tie off at the dock with rental boats.
