Seemingly like an extension of its elevated surroundings, the villa overlooks panoramic views of the ocean and beyond. At the center of the private outdoor space is a resort-like, infinity swimming pool, which features a thatched palapa sheltering a swim-up bar and lounge space. Spend your afternoons and evenings here soaking up the views, complemented by palm trees that extend directly from the pool's own "private island". The space also adds a jacuzzi tub and six poolside deck loungers, as well as a nearby firepit with circular seating. White arches and columns frame the covered portion of the pool deck, complete with an outdoor living room, a barbecue, and a dining table overlooking ocean views.
Pass through massive glass doors to the ground floor of the home, complete with a richly appointed living room surrounding a fireplace and flatscreen TV, along with a bar area with additional seating. The space further expands to add a dining table for ten and a gourmet kitchen with rich wood cabinetry, as well as an island with more counter seating.
