The house itself is built to the latest standards, is very clean and neat with a lot of space and comfortable modern amenities at your service. Step outside and you'll see a porch that offers amazing views of the deep blue ocean to the east and the bright shallow azure waters to the west where you can watch the sun rise and set in the water - a truly marvelous experience that you won't find in a hotel. Relax and sunbathe on a private beach just a few steps away with a gazebo where the water is shallow and safe. Or go the ocean side beach for magnificent views of the waves. And it's only the beginning - you're welcome to explore the nearby quiet and welcoming settlement of Black Point where you'll find a nice restaurant, a bar and a cafe and a few stores, go sunfish sailing, rent a boat with a guide to see all the beauty the Exumas have to offer, go fishing or jet skiing, kayaking or shelling, have a picnic on an uninhabited island - the world is yours to explore and we certainly will help.
