The main 2 levels of the home include 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a very spacious dining room and kitchen. The basement level of the home includes 1 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, a game room with with a pool table and wet bar. Fully stocked kitchen and spacious dining area is perfect for some of Atlanta's amazing home cooks.

Guest have access to the entire house which includes 6 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a basement with a pool table, an outdoor patio, and an upstairs deck.

We live down the street and are available if you need anything. Our property manager and co host Michael is also available to help with anything you may need before or during your stay.
1. Please make sure the number of guests in your reservation is accurate. A guest is defined as any person who visits the property for at least 5 minutes. Additional visitors not included in the reservation must be approved in advance by host. Unapproved guests are subject to a $50 fee per person and/or immediate cancelation of remainder of reservation without refund.

2. Events, weddings, and parties are prohibited. If you are not sure your reservation qualifies as a party or event, please reach out to us and explain what you are trying to do and we can determine if its possible to host you. Good communication is key.

3.SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. $500 smoking fee. Burning incense is also prohibited.

4. Guests must provide a copy of their unaltered Driver's License or Passport to host through the Airbnb message thread immediately after booking to finalize your reservation.

5. Please remove makeup before using linens and towels

6. Quiet Hours start at 10 PM.

7. Please do not park in grass. Dekalb will issue a citation if they see vehicles parked on the lawn.

8. Glitter and confetti are strictly prohibited. There is an additional $100 fee if our cleaning team finds glitter or confetti.

9. Please do not put food or drinks on the pool table

10. The maximum number of vehicles allowed at the home is 6. Please send us a message if your group will have more than 6 vehicles.

11. We provide a gas grill, but guests are responsible for providing their own propane and cleaning the grill after each use. If the propane tank is empty, you can exchange the tank at local gas stations for between $20 and $25.

12. Late Checkouts must be pre-approved by hosts. Unapproved late checkouts subject to $350 fee.

13. Our cleaning team charges a $350 Biohazard cleaning fee if they must clean up vomit, blood, or any other bodily fluid.

14. No matter what the package says, flushable wipes or anything besides toilet paper and human waste should never be flushed down toilets.
