Driftwood Dreams is a 1610-SQFT open living split level condo located on the 3rd floor of a 7-unit bayside condominium with plenty of room to stretch out, including a special room just for kids. High vaulted ceiling with lots of windows throughout let in plenty of natural light throughout the day. Enjoy bay views from multiple areas inside the condo and the private deck. Living room has a comfortable leather couch, two arm chairs, a hanging chair and smart 65” TV.
There are two assigned parking spots in the lot with a quick beach assess. We have beach chairs and toys in the front closet available for guest use. We only ask that you take care of them and put them back in closet or living room after use, and keep sandy shoes in the bench shoe rack to minimize sand tracked into the condo. This saves a lot of sweeping time for our cleaners.
Large dining area with a view to accommodate the whole family and or dinner guests. On nice days, have dinner out on the deck while enjoying the sunset or have a picnic out on the beach! Galley style kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances and granite (and tiled) countertops with a deep cast iron sink. There is a pantry for your groceries—look out for the cord pull light switch inside the pantry.
There are two bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. The bedroom downstairs has two beds—one full and one twin, and two desks. It has access to the newly renovated bathroom shared with the dining room with a shower tub. The back bedroom upstairs has a comfortable king size bed with memory foam mattress, crib, large walk in closet and a desk. The other upstairs bedroom has a great view of the bay, large walk in closet, smart tv, a full size bed and a pull down desk.
Please understand that we are in a coastal area where bugs are a natural part of life. They can get into an indoor space especially after heavy rain. We suggest spraying the thresholds on the doors leading outside on rainy days with the Home Defense spray—that has worked very well for us. We invest a lot on prevention but we can never guarantee a 100% bug free experience. If you have an issue with this, please know that we will not issue refunds for pest issues.
