Welcome to our Beach-side 2 Bathroom and 2 Bathroom condo located at the Pelican Landing Condominium on Manasota Key. There's no more than 60 steps to the beach on the Gulf of Mexico, heated swimming pool, and hot tub. The condo comes with free Wi-Fi and cable TV.
The living room is comfortably furnished with seating for six, a TV, and sliding glass doors to the balcony. The screened balcony has a southern exposure and is also enclosed with glass doors, so can still be used on a cool day. The dining area also seats 6 with a pass-thru window to the kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped with lots of pots and pans, microwave, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, etc. The laundry closet is also in the kitchen with a full-size washer and dryer.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed and TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combined. There are also sliding glass doors to the balcony from the bedroom. The guest bedroom has a double bed and a twin bed. The guest bathroom has a shower with a 4 to 5 inch edge.
The condo is conveniently located to the local restaurants and shops on the island. The complex is located closer to the south bridge which makes it convenient to grocery stores and other shops on the mainland. In the surrounding communities you'll find a new water park in North Port and lots of activities and shops in Sarasota. You won't want to miss a trip to the 'gator' park.
