The completely outfitted kitchen, also on the first level, boasts granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. Finally, each of the four ensuite bedrooms (two of which are master suites with luxury bathrooms and balcony access) shines with modern coastal décor and designer furnishings. The second level penthouse suite encompasses the entire floor, and its completely private balcony makes it an ideal getaway for multiple families.

There are countless ways to relax without ever leaving the property. Sunbathe in the expansive pool deck which seamlessly blends tiered pools (one heated seasonally), two hot tubs, a fire pit, four grills and the untouched natural foliage along the Gulf. To get to the beach, it’s a relaxing stroll on tree covered walks, or for a more unique experience March through October pontoon ferry service is available that will take you to the Gulf where you will find seasonally provided beach service! Plus, a fitness center, an elevator and covered underground parking are yours when you need them. If you decide to venture beyond the gates you can enjoy 30-A’s 16 mile long bike and running path which leads to boutiques, ice cream shops and restaurants or you can hop in the car and visit the famous Seaside five minutes to the east

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays. In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.
We do not rent to under 25. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.
