Summary: Location is great for a night stay before heading to the airport. They have a complimentary shuttle that was on time. My main complaint was that rooms had been serviced but no towels were available. We checked in at 4 pm and requested them by 4:30 pm. Reception lady said that they would be delivered soon. I witnessed a request by other guest while checking in and the same was said to him. No apologies from the lady. By 6 pm no towels have been delivered so I went down to the reception to complain. The reception lady was silent, again no hospitality at all. Thanks to the bell boy (Eduardo) who jumped in to tackle the request and got us the towels right on the spot. It was not a Marriott way of being treated.
