We are offering a temporary sublet (3-12 months) of our fully furnished two-bedroom, two-bath home in the heart of University Heights, with all utilities and services included for a truly turnkey experience. As the owners, this is our primary residence, but we will be traveling for the next year and are looking for responsible people to enjoy our home. It is available for a minimum lease of three months, up to one year. The house can also be made available unfurnished.

Some of our favorite nearby spots include Pop Pie, Stella Jean's Ice Cream, and Madison Fine Dining, as well as the green space of Trolley Barn Park and the beautifully refurbished Lafayette Hotel.
All utilities and services are included in the rent: water, electricity, gas, trash, recycling, and compost. High-speed internet is also provided; however, if a different tier of service is required, tenants are welcome to set up a private account at their own expense. Residents have access to a courtyard located behind the property, which is a shared space with the rear ADU.
