Fully furnished 2 bedroom 2 bath townhome. close to restaurants, shopping, bars, and gold courses. Museums, the Theater, and Casinos.
The condo was updated on 6/1/2023 Updates include re textured and repainted ceilings . New paint and new base boards in the two bedrooms and master bath. New tile floors in both bedrooms and hall. And new lighting in master bedroom and bathroom. One of the quietest locations at the Palm Desert Resorter.
Although there is not a fitness center on site. We are very close to Fit in 42 which is located on Country club drive. And also EOS fitness which is also on Country club drive Both are a short 5 minute drive from the rental.
