Summary: Originally we thought the one bedroom would not be enough for our family of four but it was great! First off, the yard is HUGE and would be fantastic for snow play! There is a basketball hoop over the garage, and you could easily throw a football in the front yard. Two parks were right across the street, they were both great. The family room was giant, a large couch sat in front of the fireplace. A smart TV was just over the fireplace. The kitchen was stocked decently, dishes for four, one meal. If you cooked a lot you would have to do dishes a few times a day but thats ok. The kitchen was clean and super functional. Fridge was new and large. The dining table was large and spacious. Just off the kitchen was an oddly placed full bathroom which was actually bigger than the one upstairs and again, spotless. Head upstairs for the one and only bedroom. The queen bed was new and comfortable, if not a little on the firm side. The trundle bed for the kids was functional and fine for our little 5 and 6 year old. The bedroom has a bathroom complete with a stand up shower. A few notes- the only heater in the house was in the family room, which basically only heated that room. The adjoining kitchen and dining remained cold BUT they had a space heater you could plug in that room. Upstairs in the bedroom there is a ceiling fan and no heater (unless you have the space heater in there). We actually brought our own little heater for the bedroom at night, closed the door and let it run all night at about 65 degrees. It worked perfect. Everything seemed new inside the house, we really enjoyed it. Communication with management for a few broken items were handled within minutes. Plenty of parking, although you are limited to one car. We really liked being on the East side of the Village and just about 5 minutes from Snow Summit, Alpine Sleds, Vons, and other restaurants. Traffic can be brutal on the West side of the village so we were happy. We would consider this home again in a heartbeat.
