The space:
There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and 3rd bedroom has a twin bed with a dedicated workspace.
The couches are also full sized futons.
High speed WiFi throughout the home.
A travel pack & play with mattress and sheets can be found in the closet of the primary bedroom.
A baby gate is in the closet by the front door.
A large dog crate is in the closet of the secondary bedroom.
Outlet covers and night lights can be found in the cabinet above the dryer.
BBQ grill and gas fire pit can be found in the backyard.
Board games, books, puzzles and corn hole, ladder ball and a large connect 4 game can be found in the living room.
Guest access:
Guests have access to the entire home excluding the owners closet, attic and the crawl space.
Other things to note:
Ladder ball and corn hole can be found in the living room. The corn hole set is kept in a case, behind the couch in front of the window. Please return it to this location when you are done. Please make sure not to cover the vent when returning the corn hole set.
The street can be busy at times. Please use the turn around and do not back out of the driveway.
All bedrooms have end tables with outlets and USB ports in them. There is also a table in the living room that has outlets and a USB port.
Mountain Views from the front porch. A great place to have your morning coffee.
There is no smoking, no vaping inside the home. Please be advised there will be a cleaning fee of 250$ if you do not abide by this rule.
Tampering with the WiFi or ring cameras will result in immediate eviction. No refund will be provided.
For stays over 1 week. Trash will be picked up weekly but must be placed in the gray trash barrel outside.
There are ring cameras at the front and side door.
