This gated property offers beautiful views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. As you enter this Gateway Villas condo, you are welcomed by a spacious great room overlooking the beach and Gulf of Mexico. The great room has a comfy sofa and flat screen TV, kitchen with all the essentials of home and breakfast bar. The bedroom has two full beds and flat screen TV. Other amenities include a shared heated pool, WIFI, coin laundry area in lobby, towels and linens and cable TV. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach. The private screened in lanai has outdoor seating and beautiful Gulf of Mexico views.

This unit has a keyless entry so a code will be emailed to you a few days before arrival. However, this unit requires a gate pass that you will need to pick up from our office at 2085 Estero Blvd., Fort Myers Beach first before going to the unit.
