Nestled in the peaceful beach front community of Surfside Shores, this beautiful home built in 2021 is located a short walk to the sugar white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. This home was built with many upgraded features, including quartz countertops, stainless appliances, backlit mirrors, soft close cabinets, as well as smart televisions in family room & bedrooms. There is an outdoor shower and ring motion sensor lights are located on the stairwell outside & in the front of the home. Your days will be spent enjoying the sun and surf, but don't leave the beach too early, or you'll miss the famous cotton candy sunsets. This neighborhood has deeded beach access.
You can bring your pet with you, this is A Pet Friendly Beach.

6. Pets which threaten other people, owners or other pets and/or bark continuously will not be tolerated.
7. Pets must be up-to-date on a vaccinations/shots. (Proof must be provided if requested while on property).
8. Pets must not be left alone in the house without being kenneled.
**Violations of these rules are subject to a fine of $100 per day and/or immediate eviction, without, refund from the unit.
