Located in BOOMING Downtown Pensacola, this quirky 1920's art deco inspired cottage was designed with fun in mind. Just a few minutes walk to the core of the Downtown area, yet far enough removed that you're not right in the middle of the hustle-and-bustle, this quiet cottage is the perfect place to unwind. Only 15 mins to the beach! Check your worries at the door and come on in!

As you pull up at the rear driveway, you are immediately greeted by the backyard chill spot, complete with one-of-a-kind graffiti art, bush wall privacy fencing, seating area, and gas fire pit. Be sure to get in a few rounds of horse shoes in the backyard before you leave town.
Check ya vibe before you come inside, and enter through the back door using our keyless entry lock. Here you will find our very Florida-inspired dining room and bar area. BYOB, but we provide all of the cocktail-making essentials. Be sure to say hello to our pet alligator, Sir SnapsAlot.
Past the dining area is our vintage fully stocked kitchen. We provide all of the essentials, including pots, pans, dishes, bakeware, toaster, blender, microwave, gas range, dishwasher, paper towel, trash bags, soaps, oils, seasonings, and foils. We have a single serve coffee maker that freshly grinds the coffee beans for each cup. We understand how annoying it is to have to run out to the store when you’re on vacation just to grab the basics, especially when you haven’t had a cup of coffee yet, so we also provide the coffee and creamer!
The large maximalist inspired living room features ample cozy velvet seating surrounding an electric fireplace, making the setup perfect for deep conversations about interdimensional travel, the meaning of life, or just dinner plans, I guess. The sofa converts into a comfy king sized bed. We know, we know, everyone hates sleeping on a pull-out couch, but we promise you this one is different! No springs attached. Between the foam cushions, additional memory foam topper, feather down pillows, and plush bedding, you’ll forget you’re even on a couch.
Explore everything that the large foyer fun zone has to offer, including arcade games, giant Connect 4, board games, candy machines, old comic books, and more. Put on a vintage record and battle it out on Galaga, or grab a cocktail and allow our giant hand chair to cradle your rear end. There’s no judgment here. While you’re still sipping, see if you can spot That Funky Monkey.
Head out to the spacious front porch that overlooks the quiet city street, and enjoy our comfy swing chairs for as long as you want.
Take a steamy shower in the moody vintage-inspired bathroom before heading into the VERY moody bedroom. With the tall ceilings, deep black walls, plush king size canopy bed with memory foam mattress and feather down pillows, and candelabras flickering against the eerily beautiful one-of-a-kind artwork, you’re sure to get an amazing night's rest. Not quite ready for bed? Turn on the electric fireplace to really set the mood.
Our quirky cottage is over 100 years old and still maintains a lot of its original features and old world charm. The distressed hardwood flooring is original to the house and has so many stories to tell. All bedding is thoroughly washed in between guests and mattresses and pillows are double encased in allergen and mite bags. All windows are equipped with room darkening drapes to ensure you can extend your rest well into the late morning hours.
A full array of beach supplies and beach towels are provided for guest use, including beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, beach bag, and umbrella.
