Just minutes from Busch Gardens, Raymond James Stadium, Ybor City, museums, theme parks, beach’s, nature walks, ports and the airport. St Pete beach is under 30 minutes away! Davis Island dog beach is about 12 minutes away. You will have a unique and authentic one-of-a-kind experience. I leave plenty of cooking spray, spices and utensils for guests. Fully loaded kitchen you can actually cook in! Make memories with the family. Or enjoy a zen, meditative escape, overflowing with live plants. Private self check in. Free parking for 4 to 5 vehicles.

I am PUMPED to host my first house on the short-term rental market. I have always loved staging spaces, decorating and prepping for company. I am looking forward to having the opportunity to provide a fun, cozy, comfortable, place to stay for travelers to the Tampa area.

It is a quiet street with friendly families. The area is exploding with new construction houses. You will find a big blue church at the corner of my street and surrounding streets to be safe for walks to gaze at the gorgeous ancient oak trees covered in pothos and air plants. I frequent the nearby park with volleyball courts and a playground. Also, I love to take Koda (my Husky) on a walk just a mile north straight across 15th to find a few parks along the Hillsborough river. We find the running water peaceful and the houses down there are so unique and cool to look at. Maybe stop at the corner cafe on the way on Sligh for some coffee. They have an amazing backyard venue and walking distance from the house. Or take a walk down e. Hanna to check out a local art shop next to the Blind Tiger cafe. Harvest Bowl Eatery and Market has been my recent local fave with healthy, bowl style options, acai bowls and smoothies! Or hop in a 9 minute uber ride to downtown Tampa. Whatever floats your boat!
