Welcome to Lake View Lodge. This sensational cabin is newly added to our portfolio and has been kept in pristine condition. New carpets, all new furnishings, decor, high-end kitchen, and appliances... you won't be disappointed. Located in Castle Glen Estates the most prestigious area of Big Bear Lake, this is a 2-story home with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. The wrap-around deck has 180-degree views of Big Bear Lake. the mountains, and ski slopes. Relax and unwind in the six-person hot tub on the oversized deck and watch as the sun sets behind the mountain, reflecting across the lake as it slowly makes way for the crisp, pine-filled evening air. This home has one of the few views of the entire expanse of the lake. From the deck, living room, and Primary Bedroom, guests can peer across the 7-mile lake from tip to tip.
First Floor: Drive up to the 3-car garage from a cul-de-sac. Plenty of parking for 6 cars on a flat, easy to access driveway. The entrance leads to the great room with a fireplace and open floor plan shared with the dining area and chef’s kitchen. Sliding glass doors lead to a large wrap-around deck and hot tub. This floor has one bedroom with a king-sized bed which is bedroom 1. The large sofas can convert into one queen-sized sleeper for parties with large families.
Second Floor: The second floor has 3 bedrooms and a large living room with a sofa that turns into a queen bed. Perfect for the kids to get away and watch movies or play their video games while parents enjoy the views downstairs. The Primary Bedroom has a king-sized bed. Bedroom 2 has a queen-sized bed and the third bedroom has a bunk bed with twin over full, perfect for 3 kids and enough room on the floor for blowup beds.
Only about 100 miles northeast of Los Angeles, Big Bear Lake is a beautiful and convenient break from the hustle and bustle of the city. This nature lover’s paradise provides endless year-round activities. In the winter, Big Bear Lake offers skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, and tubing. - This home accepts a maximum of 2 pets. But pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet and a deposit of $300. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Use of outdoor spas and other outdoor activities are prohibited from 10 pm - 7 am.
- No amplified sound is permitted outside at any time. Indoor sound cannot be loud enough to be audible at the property line.
- Winter weather warning- From November through March, all vehicles are required to carry chains in their vehicle.
- This property only allows dogs under 25lbs.
- This home can accommodate 15 people but a maximum of 10 adults.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- Guests are responsible for disposing trash at local dumpsite in accordance with City of Big Bear policy. Charges may apply if left on property
- AvantStay plows and clears the driveway and one pathway to the front door. We provide shovels for guests to use should they wish to clear paths on any other part of the property.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 30 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
Live check-ins are required for all our Big Bear homes and you will be asked to sign a Big Bear Good Neighbor Policy prior to your stay. Upon arrival to Big Bear our staff will meet you at our local AvantStay office and provide your check-in details. We do not accept check-ins after 7pm. Please note that the reservation holders will need to be available for the live-check-in.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
