Free street parking but we suggest leaving the car behind. Parking is scarce Downtown and guests find it much easier to get around locally with a rideshare service like Uber or Lyft.
For your convenience, there is a Washer/Dryer on-site available for you to use anytime. The washer/dryer is shared by the duplex and is located outside. On occasion, Housekeeping from my home next-door enters the front and side gate to access Washer/Dryer.
Very comfortable, fully equipped home for an extended stay.

Air Conditioning is a window A/C unit in the bedroom.
For guest convenience, the neighbor (young man next door) manages trash day. He'll enter side gate Thursday & Friday to take trash cans out and bring them in after pick up.
To ensure you have a wonderful and comfortable stay in a nice clean house, additional cleaning service is required for a fee for stays over 14 nights.
