Located at 1010 and 1011 W Beach Blvd Gulf Shores AL, our recently remodeled and redecorated Crystal Tower 1701 offers spectacular birds eye panoramic views of the entire Gulf Shores and Orange Beach Alabama area including Gulf State Park. Indulge yourself in the extra spacious 1,203 square foot upper (17th) floor East End Corner Unit that offers unique and stylish comfort. This two bedroom two bathroom condo offers unobstructed 30 mile views of the Gulf of Mexico to the south, Little Lagoon to the north, Gulf Shores East Beach, Orange Beach and Florida to the east and Gulf Shores West Beach all the way to the tip of the Island and Mobile Bay to the West. The unit is professionally decorated with no details overlooked. The living room décor is serene with colors reminiscent of gulf coast nature and features a recliner, sofa and a large flat screen television. The dining area table seats four. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers custom cabinetry, granite counter tops and new stainless steel appliances added in November 2019. This condo offers Two King Master Suites, each with its own Large Flat Screen TV, Private Bath and Balcony and Upscale Balcony Furniture. Crystal Tower is the jewel of West Beach showcasing a premier location on the north side of West Beach Blvd (1010 W Beach Blvd) and is enhanced by the Islands only air conditioned skywalk over W Beach Blvd. to our beachfront south pool, hot tub, pool house and gazebo all located at 1011 W Beach Blvd. This beautiful complex boasts 170 units and many amenities including free WIFI throughout the building, an indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool and hot tub on the complex side and one of the largest outdoor pools on the island, including a lazy river and a hot tub on the Gulf side!! Other amenities include two fitness rooms, sauna, and outdoor charcoal grilling pavilion containing six stainless steel charcoal grills. Smoking NOT allowed in our unit or in any common areas or limited common areas which includes balconies. Pets NOT allowed by guests. Maximum occupancy - 4 (ADULTS ONLY 25 and OLDER APPLIES TO OUR UNIT AND NOT TO THE WHOLE COMPLEX).
PARKING - Beginning April 1st, 2025 Parking must be paid by Guest via guests credit card (no cash accepted) directly to the Condo Owners Association via Level Parking System which reads your License Plate when entering and exiting the facility. Your Welcome Letter we send seven days prior to arrival will have our Units Unique Access Code which allows you to register your vehicle using your vehicles tag number and State so be sure to take a photo of your license plate when parking for easy access to this required information. There will be QR Codes on signs posted in the parking lot as well as on a magnetic sign on the refrigerator in the condo. After scanning QR code enter your stay dates then enter your Access Code provided in your Welcome Letter then enter your tag information then pay using your credit card. Cost to guest is PER VEHICLE - two vehicles maximum as follows:
Day 1-3 will be $20 per day per vehicle, day 4-7 will be $0 per day and day 8 and above will be $5 per day per vehicle. During the months of November, December, January, February and March the parking fee will be capped at $60 per vehicle for the entire stay.
WRISTBANDS are required while on the property and will be found on the kitchen table when you arrive. Please discard these wristbands when you check out.
