The home is a four bedroom home with two large bedrooms and two smaller bedrooms. The home has three full baths. There is pool located adjacent to the dock and waterfront. The home has been completely renovated in 2019 and everything in it is new. Designer furniture throughout professionally planned and implemented. Beautiful accent pieces and art work. Large living room with big screen TV. New appliances and kitchen accessories. Large deck with multiple sofas and plush chairs. Beautiful Large oak tree overhanging the deck providing a great area for shaded seating. The deck is only 15 feet from the water. There is huge 60 ft. dock with deep water access via boat. Bring your boat and kids and swim, ski, fish and boat in Lake Pontchartrain. The lake is a 3 minute boat ride from the dock. There is a large deck that has seating for eight and extra chairs for overflow. The home is 7 minutes from some of the best fishing in the country. You can even fish right off the dock in the front yard. There is phenomenal fishing in the Rigolets nearby with incredible salt water fishing and access to fresh water fishing within 20 minutes by boat.
You can play in the water or on the boat all day and hit the French Quarter at night for great fun and partying like no where else. You can catch an Uber, Taxi or drive. Great from two couples or a family. There is a sleeper sofa for over flow sleeping in the living room. The home has a nicely stock kitchen with all new appliances. There is a double oven and large stove. The home has a large working fire place and large dinning room with a table that expands to seat 8. Great for family get together and large meals.
