Beachfront, open air and with space for all, "Even Keel" is the perfect spot to make lasting Bald Head Island memories with your family and friends.
The main living area is open air with two stories allowing the light to brighten entire downstairs and upstairs loft. A large flat screen TV will provide entertainment when the day comes to a close. The large kitchen and dining area are perfect for large family gatherings with the boardwalk to the beach as a picture perfect backdrop.
A porch and deck span the length of the back of the house with ample seating and gorgeous ocean views.
All four bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and flatscreen TVs.
There are two primary bedrooms on the first floor both with king beds, ensuite bathrooms and plenty of space. The primary bedroom on ocean facing side of the home has direct access to the back deck.
Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms on opposite sides of the house with a loft and small nook overlooking the downstairs living area between them. One room features one queen and a bunk bed (double on the bottom/single on top). The other bedroom has a queen and a bunk bed(single on bottom/single on top). Both rooms also have sitting areas.
The house comes equipped with beach umbrellas, beach chairs, assorted beach toys and games for kids of all ages.
There are also both charcoal and gas grills at the house.
The home has two golf carts to transport you around the island; a six-seater and four- seater.
