This large (over 850 square feet), one-bedroom huge detached apartment has Old Hawaiian charm but was built in 2002 with all the new amenities (2020).
The complete kitchen has granite counter-tops and all new appliances. The flooring's are nice wood laminate with a tiled bathroom. From its second level entry, lovely French doors open to a small fenced lanai with a slight ocean view and wonderful ocean breezes. When the breezes are not enough to keep you cool, a large window a/c provides cool comfort. The spacious cottage is an affordable romantic getaway for two, or comfortable accommodations for a family of four.
Location, location. Nice, quiet, friendly, safe neighborhood. We are conveniently located within walking distance of Kailua Beach and one block from shopping. Easy access to all three major highways from Kailua. This one bedroom cottage truly offers one of the nicest and most affordable accommodations in the Kailua area.
