It is fully equipped to sleep 6 people. The huge Great Room has a whole wall of sliders out to pool area that affords the kitchen, dining and living areas great views. The living area also has theatre surround sound. The master bedroom has a king bed and sliders to the pool area and the en-suite bathroom has a separate shower and marble tub. Bedroom 2 also has a king bed and it s associated shower room has a door to access the pool area. Bedroom 3 has twin beds. The family bathroom has a shower over the tub. All bathrooms have hair dryers. The home has cable tv in the great room, master and second bedrooms, telephone and hi-speed internet. A fully-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and microwave and the laundry room has washer and dryer. All linens, towels and pool towels are provided. The extended deck has a 30 pool with in-ground spa and has both solar and optional electric heat. The covered lanai contains a patio table with 6 chairs and 4 chaises as well as a gas barbecue.
