Make yourself at home in this newly-renovated, non-smoking canal front home that allows mature dogs to tag along and provides two crates for your furry friends! The main level was just renovated with new floors and a gourmet kitchen with espresso machine. There are 4 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms (accommodating 10), with access to the community amenities (pool, fitness center, athletic courts, etc.) and 35' of dock space at Rudder Canal #10. The top-floor master suite has a king bed, wet bar, jetted tub and private balcony. The 2nd bedroom, located on entry level, has a queen bed and private access to hall bathroom. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms are on the top floor with a queen bed in one while the other offers 2 bunk sets. Amenities include high-speed WiFi, SmartTVs in the living room and all bedrooms (no cable), a triple monitor workstation with universal docking station to support work from home, large furnished deck with gas grill, books, board games. Two covered parking spaces are available under the home which can also be used for boat/jet-ski trailer storage. Oversize trailers will need to be parked off-site. Pirate's Cove is close to many OBX activities and the beautiful small town of Manteo, NC. Property has views of canal and is within walking distance to morning sunrises over the Roanoke Sound.
