We are nestled on the island peninsula with a private beach for resort guest only. We are located 13 miles from Orange Beach, it's about a 20 minute drive. There are 7 great restaurants located less than 6 miles being furthest, downstairs and close by the condo. A dining list will be provided. We are located directly on the beach!
The condo overlooks the pools and beaches with 6th-floor privacy.

The condo sleeps 6 people with nice furniture in every room. King bed in the main bedroom and a Queen bed in the 2nd bedroom. In the family room there is the sleeper sofa. The two bedrooms are on opposite sides of the condo. The condo is around 900 SF. Every room has a West Beach Sunset View!
Each room has a 43-inch Smart TV so you can sign onto Netflix or similar personal account, otherwise it is cable network. The main bedroom has a door to the balcony, which is very nice to see the ocean at all times.
The condo has a well-appointed kitchen with beautiful granite countertops and nice appliances for prepping and cooking your meals. If you're not in the mood to cook or grill out, take the elevator to the ground floor and dine in at the SB Island grill. Enjoy the sunset from the condo balcony, restaurant, or the beach! There is also a day-spa 1.5 miles away if you would like to be pampered.
There is no towel exchange or washer & dryer in the condo, the credit card operated laundry room is located on the ground floor. If you download the App, you will get one free Wash & Dry. The App will notify you when you when your wash and dry is finished via text. You can simply delete the App once your are finished with your laundry. It is $2.50 for the wash and $2.50 to dry. Prices for laundry room laundry are subject to change.
In order to protect your vacation plans it is strongly advised that you purchase Travelers Insurance during Hurricane Season, refunds are only given if it is a forced evacuation.
