Enjoy this 3 bedroom/ 3 bath condo located on the 8th floor at Phoenix on the Bay II. Sip your favorite beverage while on the large balcony that overlooks Terry Cove Bay and the gorgeous grounds and pool area. Spend the day floating along the Lazy River or relaxing by the pool. The little ones will enjoy the kiddie pool also. After a day in the sun, have a cookout in the large barbecue area and watch the boats come in and out of the marina. The indoor pool and hot tubs await you on those cooler days. It also offers a state of the art Fitness center if you feel the need for some exercise.
This unit, #2807, has a fully stocked kitchen complete with everything you need to make some of the wonderful seafood that is available around here. The living room features a large smart TV so you can watch all of your favorite shows.
