This amazing home is just steps from one of the only uncrowded semi private beaches in Galveston and has plenty of space inside and out for your family gathering. The closest beach walkover is directly across from the house and is less than a 2 min walk with beach stuff and kids. This is on a semi private never crowded very clean beach. No hurricane beach damage.
There are over 1200 sq ft of decks on two levels, 4 large bedrooms each with a large flatscreen TV, a huge game room with full size arcade games and an 85 in tv, lots of seating and 180 degree multi million dollar gulf views. There is also a wet bar with refrigerator and microwave in the game room upstairs as well as a large dvd collection and tons of puzzles and games for all ages.
Enjoy the huge living room on the main level with floor to ceiling windows and another large tv and enormous outdoor deck space with plent of seating and amazing ocean sounds and views.
This home has a large entry area with full size grille, lots of seating, hammock, teeter totter, and dart board, tons of beach equipment including a tent, tons of chairs, corn hole, bocce ball, double enclosed outdoor showers for washing off after a day on the beach and plenty of parking under the house and in the driveway.
The completely remodeled large gourmet kitchen has a large island, 35lb dedicated Ice maker, oversize 6 burner industrial gas stove/oven and drawer microwave and is fully stocked with everything you will need to prepare all your meals. The kitchen has every appliance you might need including a Keurig/drip coffee pot and large crockpot.
The main level living area houses an oversize seating area, shiplap walls and a beautiful linear LED fireplace. Guests can choose to dine inside at one of two large tables or outside on one of several decks all nicely furnished and overlooking the beach.
The home has super fast Internet allowing everyone online access. We have had 15 plus devices with no slowdown. Master is equipped with a desk, two large monitors, mouse, key board and docking station if you need to work.
The main level has a large half bath, large laundry room with hanging and folding area, a fun and comfortable bunk room with 3 full size beds and a large tv, a jack and jill bath, large beautifully finished bedroom with king bed and another large tv, walk in closet, large gourmet kitchen and huge living room.
An extra wide grand staircase leads to the second floor with another large bedroom with king bed, very large dedicated full bath and large bright game room with vaulted ceilings, lots of seating and 3 full size arcade games as well as access to the expansive wrap around upper deck area with beautiful ocean views.
The gigantic master bedroom has a large private deck and walls of windows, wireless phone chargers, a spa like master bath with large glass shower, oversize stand alone tub, heated towel rack and heated marble floors.
As you enter this expansive property you will immediately appreciate the large dumb waiter that stops on all floors to make loading and unloading luggage, groceries, and all your stuff much quicker and easier. Each and every room has been remodeled and brightened for total relaxation and comfort. Child high chair and booster seat, pack and play and jogging stroller are also provided. There are gates at the top of each outdoor stairwell and a kids gate in the laundry room for inside stairs. There is also a bed rail in the bunk room closet for any bed. Beachside Village is arguably one of the best and nicest communities on the island. Homes and yards are well kept. There is lots of green space to play and quiet streets to walk or ride bikes or other toys. Very family friendly and safe with daily dedicated on-site security patrols. Great beach for shell hunting also! Super clean beach is always well kept and regularly manicured in the off season as well as high season.
