Perfect central location, sleeps 6 comfortably, easy in/out level parking for 3 trucks w/ boats; outside electric plugs and LESS THAN 1 block from our largest public boat ramp. Across the street is our 7 mile park bordering the lake with walking/bicycle trails, playground, picnic areas, basketball, 2 miles from Superior Courts & historic downtown.
Watch the sunset on beautiful Lake Guntersville from the front porch! Fully stocked, includes coffee, tea, creamer, all needed paper products, fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, gas grill w/utensils and picnic supplies, large yard for playing corn hole, cards and game table, all provided.
