Rear patio has stainless-steel barbecue, private full size laundry/washer/dryer, beach toys. Updated interior with granite counters, granite island, stainless-steel appliances, updated bathrooms, sectional couch, Brazilian hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, all the amenities, most rooms have ceiling fans, living area has A/C. It's a very short walk to Mission Bay to watch Sea world fireworks or swim, or walk to the beach. No pets please. Shared garage fits a medium sized car, sedan, or medium SUV.
