Summary: The room was nice, cozy, and clean, and the hotel is in a nice area. The staff is friendly, but also unable to take breakfast orders (included in the booking). One day, we only got half of the order. The next day, 45 minutes after ordering, we were informed by the staff that they haven’t even started preparing the breakfast, and we would need to wait longer. While the food was delicious, the staff really seems disorganized and slow.
