Parking Passes: These are purchased through a separate company. Weekly passes are $62.10 for one vehicle. Monthly passes are $150.00 each month per vehicle max 2.

If you are bringing a boat, please let host know. You will need to register the boat 7 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. You will also need to preregister for parking.
One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
