After hurricane Ida damage, the Reel McCoy River Retreat is back and now has 4 bedrooms plus a bunkroom, 3.5 bathrooms, game room (with pool table/ice maker/big screen tv), covered downstairs seating/play area that overlooks the river, fish cleaning station and pier on the banks of the Tickfaw River. Our lighthouse camp has a fantastic view of the Louisiana Tickfaw River that you do not want to miss! Beautiful sunrises and sunsets! Great river fun for all ages!
Near New Orleans and Baton Rouge our rental is perfect for a week long family vacation or even a weekend getaway. With the moss filled cypress trees and nearby Cajun cuisine, you will really get a taste of Louisiana culture! The Reel McCoy River Retreat is located on the main river between Tin Lizzy's and the Prop Stop (near Lake Maurepas)!
If you come to the “Reel McCoy River Retreat” for an adventure, you can participate in many watersports right in front of the camp. You can fish from the deck and swim, tube, kneeboard, ski, wakeboard, etc. You can play pool in the game room! Or you can watch the activity from the deck on the banks of the river.
