Tellico Village, a private residential community, is located 20 minutes east of I-75 off the Lenoir City exit (81), 2 miles south of I-40. The property is ideal for family vacations, golf holidays, fishing, boating, or just relaxing and enjoying the view.
The village has many amenities, including three private golf courses (other courses nearby), yacht club, recreation center and within easy driving distance of Knoxville activities. The University of Tennessee is accessible by boat or car for all of their football and basketball games as well as other University activities. Short day trips can be taken to the Smokey Mountains National Park, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and other Tennessee areas.
