Summary: We did not stay at the property after checking it out. We had to find another place on our own. We were fearful of the characters at a bar/restaurant on the premises. The sliding door to the back deck didn't work. The deck was paint-splattered. The kitchen counter wasn't finished and there wasn't a light in the kitchen area. The fridge was so un-level that it rocked back and forth. The place was clean and it was steps from a beautiful beach, but we were not comfortable with security and the nearby locals bar. The entry porch was cluttered with building. materials and the whole place had the air of not being finished. The hostess was not available as she was at work in town. We later went in to see her at work and requested a refund,but she referred us to VRBO. Overall, we would say the place is not worthy of a VRBO listing. If possible, we would like a refund.
